The growth path of SAT is very significant. The Sinapi Aba Trust programme since inception has given 359,777 loans to over 51,000 clients, disbursing about ¢525.5 billion within the same period. Beneficiary clients comprise new clients and clients taking follow-on loans. The active client portfolio as at 31 December 2006 stands at 51,686.
SAT from inception has also sustained 144,987 jobs and created over 40,000 jobs in Ghana. The programme has so far benefited over 700,000 families.
