Sinapi Aba Donates Ghc70k To HEAL KATH Project

As part of our 30th anniversary celebrations, the leadership team of Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Limited, recently had the honor of making a meaningful contribution towards the Heal KATH Project. Gathering at Manhyia Palace, we were privileged to pay our respects to the esteemed Asantehene, Osei Tutu II, during a courtesy call.

During this significant meeting, our CEO, Mr. Tony Fosu, had the opportunity to share with the Great King our excitement for Sinapi Aba's upcoming 30th Anniversary celebrations. We were thrilled to brief him on the array of activities we have planned to commemorate this milestone. Moreover, Mr. Fosu extended heartfelt congratulations to the Asantehene for his exceptional leadership over the past 25 years, which has created an environment conducive to business growth and prosperity.

In response, Otumfour Osei Tutu II graciously acknowledged the vital role that institutions like Sinapi Aba play in empowering individuals and fostering the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises through access to financial services. His recognition of Sinapi Aba's resilience over three decades, attributing it to determination and good governance, was deeply appreciated. Encouraging us to continue our impactful work, he urged us to surpass the 30-year mark and strive for even greater accomplishments.

In expressing our gratitude to the Asantehene, Mr. Kwasi Atta Antwi, our Board Chairman, and Mrs. Dorothy Danso, a valued Board Member, took turns to thank him for his unwavering support and encouragement throughout the years. Furthermore, we extended a formal invitation to the Asantehene to join us in celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Sinapi Aba, an event we hold dear to our hearts.

Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans is a new company born out of Sinapi Aba Trust. It is a Non-Banking Financial Institution licensed under the Non-Bank Financial institutions Act 2008(Act 774), authorized to carry on the business of Savings and Loans on the 28th of March, 2013 in Ghana. All loan and savings activities that were previously managed by the Trust are new under the care of the savings and loans company.
